FAQs
What is National Offset Warehouse?
We have supplied replacement parts and consumables for offset printing presses since 1999. We also operate as NOW Pressroom Products. We are an aftermarket parts supplier across our catalog, with one exception: Harris & Bruno, where we are an authorized OEM dealer.
Why do some listings show an OEM part number next to an aftermarket part?
That number is a cross-reference only, so you can confirm the aftermarket part matches the original part you're replacing. It does not mean the item itself is an OEM part, unless it's listed under Harris & Bruno.
Which press brands do you carry parts for?
Heidelberg, MAN Roland, Ryobi, Komori, KBA, Mitsubishi, Sakurai, and Shinohara. We also carry Harris & Bruno coating parts, and recirculator parts for Baldwin, Technotrans, and Royse systems.
Where are you located?
National Offset Warehouse Inc., 536 W Mountain View Ave, La Habra, CA 90631.
How do I place an order?
Order directly through the website, or call customer service at 800-669-0654. Phone hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and purchase orders on Net 30 terms for approved accounts. Call customer service to set up a Net 30 account.
Can I get a quote for a large or recurring order?
Yes. Call or email sales for pricing on bulk quantities or a standing order across multiple presses. This is also the fastest route if you're setting up a Net 30 account for repeat ordering.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. Card numbers are encrypted with 128-bit encryption at checkout and are not stored unless specifically requested.
Do you charge sales tax?
California customers are charged applicable state sales tax. Orders outside California are not.
What shipping speed options do I have at checkout?
UPS Ground is the default for US and Canadian orders, with UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Overnight available if you need a part faster.
Will I owe customs fees on a Canadian or international order?
Possibly. Canadian orders may be subject to customs, duties, or brokerage fees set by Canadian agencies, separate from our shipping charge. International orders outside Canada may have postage and customs charges added at delivery.
What happens if an item is backordered?
We notify you immediately with an estimated ship date. You can choose to wait or cancel that item from your order.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships. You can also check order status by signing into your account on the site.
What is your return window?
| Timeframe | Condition | Outcome |
|---|---|---|
| Within 14 days | Unopened, unused, original packaging | Full return accepted |
| 30 to 60 days | Unopened, unused, original packaging | Accepted with a 15% restocking fee |
| After 60 days | Any condition | Not accepted |
| Opened items | Any timeframe | Reviewed case by case after inspection |
Email sales@nationaloffset.com to request a return number before sending anything back.
Can the restocking fee be waived?
If you're unhappy with a product for any reason, contact us. We review restocking fee waivers on a case-by-case basis.
Do aftermarket parts come with a warranty?
Aftermarket parts are covered under our standard return window above rather than a separate manufacturer warranty. If a part arrives defective or doesn't match what was ordered, contact us, and we'll replace it or issue a return, outside the normal return timeline. Genuine Harris & Bruno parts carry the terms set by Harris & Bruno as the manufacturer.
How do I know which part fits my press?
Check your press model and part number against the specific brand page. Use our sucker locator tool if you're sourcing feeder suckers, or our guide to pressroom for general part identification and terminology.
Do you have a maintenance schedule I can follow to know when parts typically wear out?
Yes, see our offset press maintenance guide for a daily, weekly, and monthly checklist covering feeder, ink fountain, pump, and coater parts.
